The position is designed to be fully remote, leveraging digital communication tools to connect with clients effectively while maintaining a structured outpatient office framework. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a routine that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs, preferences, and goals of each client.

• Utilize established evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective interventions.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and practices for self-care.

• Accurately monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments related to mood disorders to enhance therapeutic intervention approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals from various backgrounds and circumstances, such as those who have experienced trauma, homelessness, or domestic abuse. Your understanding and sensitivity to diverse client needs will play a crucial role in their therapeutic progress and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
