Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to provide accurate diagnoses and determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy services via various modalities, including telehealth.

• Document session details meticulously, ensuring compliance with all company policies, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to deliver holistic care for clients.

• Utilize innovative and creative interventions to empower clients to meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique paths to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong knowledge of family therapy techniques and community resources, particularly in relation to mental health services.

• Proficiency in creating diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and detailed clinical documentation.

• Experience working with various patient demographics, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
