Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather background information and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions, ensuring client comfort and confidentiality at all times.

• Document all interactions and client progress through timely and accurate completion of progress notes, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare team members to discuss client care strategies and contribute to multidisciplinary case management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with a variety of mental health concerns.

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic criteria, treatment planning, and documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
