Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture positive, trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment conducive to honest communication.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, ensuring clients receive appropriate interventions.

• Conduct regular sessions for individuals, couples, and families, offering a safe space to explore challenges and facilitate healing.

• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor client progress over time, making necessary adjustments to therapy techniques to achieve optimal results.

• Provide referrals to specialized services as needed, enhancing the care team experience for clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop new therapeutic approaches and share best practices in the field of mental health therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all health regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients toward healthier lifestyles and improved relationships, forming a part of their support system.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in the state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is beneficial.
\n
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, ideally within a family therapy context.

• Proven therapeutic skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire clients toward change.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is a plus, as well as familiarity with digital therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
