Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional states, utilizing experiential and evidence-based practices.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and assessments.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

• Provide couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring timely documentation of all interactions and sessions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and integrated support for all clients.

• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention and support when clients face acute distress or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and couples therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques.

• Knowledge of the therapeutic needs of various demographics, including children and adults.

• Demonstrated ability to complete thorough client assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
