Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Harmony Fields Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and employing diverse therapeutic approaches.

• Leading group therapy sessions that promote community healing and shared experiences among participants.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems theory to facilitate client growth.

• Documenting client sessions comprehensively and maintaining accurate records to track progress and outcomes within our integrated practice management system.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure holistic care and resource sharing for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals, couples in crisis, families experiencing conflict, and those facing life transitions. Your expertise will empower clients to resolve interpersonal conflicts, improve communication skills, and strengthen emotional bonds. Our ideal candidate is adept at working with various populations, including culturally diverse groups and those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
