Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will play a critical part in the mental health journey of our clients. Your duties will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions as well as couple and family therapy, addressing diverse issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
\n
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet specific family dynamics and individual needs.
\n
• Engaging in regular case management meetings with other healthcare professionals to optimize the holistic care provided to patients.
\n
• Performing thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and establish therapeutic goals.
\n
• Monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be essential in serving a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with families dealing with a range of challenges, such as conflicts among family members, adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and other mental health concerns. Your role is not only to provide therapy but also to educate and empower families through challenging times.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
