Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ moods, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics, identifying the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals and preferences, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education to clients and families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, enhancing their capacity for self-management.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
