Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions using secure video conferencing to deliver evidence-based counseling to adults experiencing a variety of emotional and relational issues, from anxiety and depression to complex family dynamics.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific family relationship challenges, maladaptive behaviors, and personal crises, ensuring alignment with each client’s treatment goals.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy during remote sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients’ emotional and mental health requirements, accurately diagnose conditions utilizing DSM-5 criteria, and create actionable, measurable treatment plans.

• Guide clients and their families in developing coping strategies and resilience skills to navigate their issues effectively, equipping them with tools for lifelong well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• At least three years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
