Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in small group supervision or seminar preparation, enhancing professional skills through video reviews and research.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive client records utilizing both written and electronic documentation systems to follow best practices and standards.
\n
• Coordinating services with partner agencies and facilitating home visits to ensure holistic client support.
\n
• Conducting research on best practices to inform and improve various projects as directed by your supervisor.
\n
• Engaging in client consultations and collaborating effectively with other professionals within the agency.
\n
• Writing detailed case notes, client assessments, and evaluations to facilitate ongoing care.
\n
• Contributing to the development of individualized treatment plans (ITP) tailored to clients’ unique needs.
\n
• Assisting treating therapists in scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conducting supervision sessions in partnership with site supervisors, fostering a supportive environment for professional development.
\n
• Attending and actively participating in staff and clinical meetings to promote collaboration and clinical excellence.

• Identifying and utilizing agency resources, systems, and services to assist clients effectively.
\n
• Completing orientation to hosting agency policies and systems to align with operational protocols.

• Preparing thoroughly for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting relevant research related to client issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Active Social Work License in alignment with State Regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims verified by a Third Party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.
\n
• Exceptional clinical skills with a keen ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
