This role is entirely remote, promoting a work-life balance that allows you to handle your caseload conveniently. The work schedule is set for Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering you predictable hours to plan your days effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, subsequently creating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing both individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Document each therapy session meticulously, ensuring compliance with the company’s documentation protocols, including the creation of diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating care with case managers, families, medical staff, and educational personnel to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being.

• Employ innovative therapeutic interventions creatively to empower clients to achieve their mental health goals, while adapting to their changing needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, fostering a trusting, respectful relationship that encourages open communication and personal growth.

Our client base is diverse and includes individuals across various age groups, such as children, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with an array of challenges, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

• Proficiency in mental health documentation practices, including a track record of completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries in a therapeutic setting.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 based on qualifications and experience.
