Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality short-term psychotherapy through telehealth services, offering interventions tailored to individual, family, or group settings.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including crisis intervention techniques, couples counseling, and skills training, to support your clients effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals to determine urgent clinical needs and coordinate care, including potential psychiatric admissions.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining comprehensive records while adhering to best practices within electronic health record systems.

• Engage actively in team meetings, proposing ideas for intervention strategies and quality improvements within the service delivery model.

• Deliver psychoeducation and resources to clients facing mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders, enhancing their coping strategies and resiliency.

The Youth Mental Advocate Counseling Center primarily serves adolescents and their families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license or a Psy.D., recognized within the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
