Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Design and deliver tailored individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and others.

• Create personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions that drive meaningful client progress.

• Collaborate earnestly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared healing among clients.

• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
