Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, establish clear diagnoses, and devise individualized treatment plans that are continually reviewed and optimized.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, providing therapy that encompasses individual, family, and group modalities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during sessions and maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plan assessments, and progress updates.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to inspire clients towards achieving their personal and interpersonal goals.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed, facilitating a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in creating treatment plans and clinical documentation, with experience in completing Diagnoses (DAs), assessments, and case notes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that effectively convey therapeutic concepts to clients and their families.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries, alongside a comfort level working with a varied client demographic.

• Clear ability to pass a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
