Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing a range of evidence-based practices tailored to meet diverse mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that foster holistic recovery and well-being, adjusting approaches based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Provide timely crisis intervention during virtual appointments for clients experiencing acute mental health distress, ensuring their safety and emotional support.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records adhering to all state and federal regulations to ensure compliance and data protection.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care effectively, sharing insights and collaborating on comprehensive strategies that enhance client support.

• Research and stay updated on current trends in mental health to continually improve therapeutic approaches and remain knowledgeable of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population of individuals and families from the Canby region, including underserved communities who may face barriers to accessing mental health care. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds, exploring a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Active licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure in the state.

• Proven experience in delivering mental health services to diverse client populations, demonstrating your ability to adapt and respond to various needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive care that respects and affirms all backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for client interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions effectively.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and the ability to implement them in therapy.

• Previous work in community health settings or with multidisciplinary teams is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
