Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Serene Steps, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, appropriate to each client's circumstances and needs.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional needs, developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), systemic therapy, and narrative therapy, to guide clients towards achieving their personal goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care and develop innovative treatment strategies.
