Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and available support systems, leading to informed treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that establish clear goals and measurable interventions, adapting them as the client’s needs evolve over time.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach.
