Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to ensure personalized care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and client input.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with clients across the lifespan, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Provide couples therapy, implementing communication techniques and conflict resolution strategies to enhance relational dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

• Review and adjust treatment plans regularly to reflect clients' changing needs and progress toward their goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver an integrated approach to client care, ensuring holistic treatment.

• Stay updated with best practices in marriage and family therapy and participate in ongoing professional training.

• Promote client empowerment through advocacy and education about their rights and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals, couples, and families, ranging from teens to adults, each facing distinct obstacles in their mental health journeys. You will engage with clients from various cultural backgrounds, emphasizing the need for culturally competent therapy that respects and understands diversity in experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the state of Texas.

• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals and couples, along with a deep understanding of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
