Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Happy Couples Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implementing targeted therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy to promote healing and growth.

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Happy Couples Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
