Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique situations. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing various family and relationship challenges.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions for couples and families while offering individual support to each family member.
\n
• Developing treatment plans that streamline therapy goals, including addressing issues related to grief, adjustment issues, and communication difficulties.

• Providing counseling for specific client concerns such as alcohol and substance abuse, conflicts among family members, and issues related to separation and divorce.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and strong clinical skills to foster therapeutic relationships and assess client needs effectively.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele seeking help with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to family conflicts, grief, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
