Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video conferencing to adults experiencing a range of emotional and mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with our integrated psychiatric providers to facilitate comprehensive treatment and engage in regular consultation with fellow therapists, enhancing the quality of care through shared insights.

• Utilize automatically generated symptom self-assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, reinforcing a commitment to measurement-based care.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which simplifies necessary record-keeping while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Provide one-on-one therapy for individuals aged 13 and older, utilizing various evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Create and implement thorough assessments and treatment plans to support clients effectively in their mental health journey.
