Work Environment\n

This full-time therapist position is primarily remote, allowing you to manage your work-life balance while delivering exceptional mental health care. Our outpatient office setting is equipped with the latest technology to support virtual therapy sessions. You will have the flexibility to work a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while enjoying the active support of our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and families regarding mood disorders, various treatments, and self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed, collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.

• Stay informed of the latest research in mental health and mood disorders to continually enhance treatment methods.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to foster a culture of learning.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, focusing on reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families navigating complex issues related to divorce, relationship counseling, and mood disorders. Your expertise will help clients articulate their challenges, explore their emotions, and develop coping strategies—ultimately empowering them to achieve healthier relationships and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
