Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, identifying crises as they arise, and providing immediate, effective interventions.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize culturally competent approaches to effectively serve a diverse clientele, respecting their individual backgrounds and experiences.

• Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and case reviews, sharing insights and strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and the Gottman Method.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive compensation of $100,000.00 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
