Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and provide treatment for a range of mental health disorders, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and incorporate client feedback for ongoing refinement.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, employing evidence-based modalities, and adjusting strategies as their progress unfolds.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
