Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver therapeutic services in various formats, including individual sessions, couples therapy, family counseling, and group workshops, adapting approaches based on client demographics and presenting issues.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose concerns and implement interventions, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Facilitate parent support groups, providing guidance and education on parenting challenges, particularly those related to prenatal substance exposure and adoption issues.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to track progress, uphold ethical standards, and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional training and development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and legislative changes in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and child/adolescent populations who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Our client base is diverse and reflective of the vibrant San Bernardino community, presenting a rich tapestry of cultural backgrounds that enhance the therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in a mental health therapeutic setting.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly in community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually .
