Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the nature, intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a complete understanding of individual needs.

• Collaboratively create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them with the knowledge to actively participate in their healing process.

• Monitor and track client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect changes in behavior and mood over time.

• Engage in integrated care models by coordinating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure holistic approaches to client treatment.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices regarding mood disorders to continually enhance treatment effectiveness and strategies.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards set forth in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is an absolute requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
