Our team operates in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong sense of community and collaboration. You will be equipped with modern telehealth tools to conduct sessions with clients seamlessly. While predominantly remote, you will also have the opportunity to utilize our outpatient office located in Indio on occasion, providing additional avenues for client engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs and challenges of clients at the outset of therapy.

• Design, implement, and modify tailored treatment plans that focus on client-specific goals and therapeutic objectives.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Utilize ongoing evaluations and client feedback to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure the highest standards of care.

• Provide referrals and collaborative care as necessary, working alongside other healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your role will also involve engaging with couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, as well as families navigating complex issues related to mental health. By fostering trust and open communication, you will support clients in their journey towards improved emotional and mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possess an active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
