Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to clients, facilitating assessments and the treatment of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Document clinical encounters accurately and promptly, adhering to departmental policies for clinical notes and progress assessments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to design comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge planning, that reflect effective social work interventions.

• Engage with local community resources, establishing connections with leaders in community groups, and advocating for client needs at meetings and committees.

• Assist in developing group therapy sessions, workshops, and community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
