Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions using evidence-based practices to support individual adults in their mental health journeys.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that ensure holistic care delivery.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client population will consist primarily of adults who may be facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• You must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice without supervision as any of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are accepted.

• Strong analytical and clinical reasoning skills for treatment planning and decision-making.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building and empathy with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
