Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid state licensure in California, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure adequate coverage while providing services.

• A minimum of two years of supervised experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings, working with diverse populations, and employing evidence-based practices will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous, as it streamlines documentation and client management processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for higher earnings based on experience and performance. In addition, newly hired therapists will receive a one-time sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our full benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, paid holidays, and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for both personal and professional support.
