Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients faced with acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the support they require.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, with additional opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
