Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' unique trauma histories and establish appropriate treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in individual and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that assist patients in processing trauma, developing coping skills, and fostering a healing environment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and community resources to advocate for comprehensive, integrated care tailored to patients' needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
