Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide effective psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies to assist clients facing acute mental health emergencies or challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation results in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care aligned with clients' needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily support diverse client populations experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will be informed by a thorough understanding of each client’s background and context, ensuring that treatments are culturally sensitive and client-centered.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
