Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, applying clinical expertise to identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Create customized treatment plans that reflect individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and postpartum mental health concerns.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to enhance the quality of care and achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on mothers experiencing postpartum mental health challenges, as well as their families. Understanding the complexities of this demographic will empower you to offer specialized care that addresses their unique struggles, including perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, and transitional stressors associated with parenthood. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a culturally sensitive therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline.

• Current licensure in Washington State as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  \n
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  \n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based mental health treatment modalities and their application in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
