Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' individual mental health needs, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients’ goals and evidence-based interventions, which may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family therapy approaches.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and developmental milestones.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate reporting.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to deliver a cohesive support network for clients, including case consultations and referral processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with maternal mental health issues, such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges stemming from childbirth experiences. You will engage with a diverse client base, including new mothers, parents, and families adjusting to changes in their mental and emotional landscapes. An understanding of the unique pressures in this population is essential to providing effective and empathetic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience with a focus on therapy, particularly in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience.
