Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs, employing diagnostic tools and techniques as necessary.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and aspirations, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Continuously evaluate client progress during therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans dynamically to reflect any changes in condition or circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other pertinent information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurse practitioners, to create a cohesive treatment approach.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions are conducted with respect and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active professional license in Arizona, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health therapy, particularly within a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to effectively build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies relevant to maternal mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
