Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Current licensure in Arizona as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on therapy experience.

• Strong clinical skills with a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
