Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gather information on clients' mental health needs and goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, individual client needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using virtually facilitated sessions.

• Utilize our Simple Practice platform to maintain accurate and secure client records, progress notes, and treatment updates.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings and participate in clinical discussions to enhance service delivery and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including teens, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be critical in facilitating their journeys toward recovery, self-awareness, and emotional resilience, supporting clients from a multitude of backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Arizona.

• Strong skills in treatment planning, mental health counseling, and therapeutic communication.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients in a virtual environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth modalities, demonstrating a comfort with technology and virtual appointment protocols.

Preferred Experience\n
