Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns, challenges, and goals.

• Utilize state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe and constructive online counseling experience.

• Engage in regular collaborative discussions with clients to identify and refine therapeutic goals, providing consistent support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, adapting approaches as necessary to align with each client's preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling the development of strong therapeutic relationships with clients through a virtual medium.

• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, demonstrating a genuine understanding of the challenges clients face and a commitment to their mental well-being.
