Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, particularly Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Conduct initial assessments to identify client stressors, challenges, and aspirations, customizing mindfulness practices to meet individual needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote emotional regulation and self-awareness.

• Lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and cultivating resilience to help our clients engage with their mental health in a supportive setting.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices into a unified treatment plan, enhancing the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions used to track efficacy and client growth.

• Commit to ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development to deepen expertise in mindfulness approaches.

You will work with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and emotional maladjustments. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
