Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each patient, enabling you to develop tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities in individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote resilience and mental wellness.

• Engage in crisis intervention by providing immediate support and strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and professional ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly in settings that serve marginalized populations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is an asset, as the role would involve providing remote care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
