Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals experiencing maternal mental health issues, such as postpartum depression and anxiety. You will also work with couples and families, helping them navigate relational dynamics and emotional adjustments associated with motherhood, fostering resilience and understanding through your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct therapy experience in a clinical or community setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and their families.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Solid understanding of the latest mental health treatment methodologies, particularly those relevant to maternal care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
