Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client’s unique mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized screening tools.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family counseling, tailored to each client's circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with mothers and families experiencing challenges related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum adjustment. This may include clients dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, or trauma. Your ability to provide a safe space for exploration and healing will be essential in fostering a supportive environment for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• At least 2 years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services within a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently while collaboratively contributing within a team framework.

• In-depth knowledge of clinically validated treatment techniques pertaining to maternal and mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have specific experience in maternal mental health, including familiarity with postpartum disorders and effective coping strategies. Experience using electronic health records (EHR) software for documentation and treatment tracking will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
