Key Responsibilities\n

• Co-facilitate educational sessions and postpartum peer support groups, partnering with skilled birth workers to enhance the educational resources available to clients.

• Engage in community outreach activities designed to promote holistic wellness, building a supportive network for birthing individuals and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be directed specifically toward supporting Black birthing families, an underserved demographic often facing unique emotional and psychological challenges during the prenatal and postpartum periods. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective communication and collaboration within diverse, multicultural, and interdisciplinary teams.
