Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the unique mental health needs of clients, identifying underlying issues and emotional distress factors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Oregon as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in therapy, preferably in the maternal mental health space.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong capability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

• Thorough understanding of current evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application in practice.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
