Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead individual and, when appropriate, family, marriage, or group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the client's needs.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to determine clients' treatment needs accurately, ensuring that all interactions adhere to professional ethical standards.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system to monitor efficacy and adjust interventions as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will span a wide range of clients, including individuals facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Social Work (LCSW) is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
