Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring that each approach is tailored to fit the unique personal circumstances and goals of clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, working effectively and calmly to stabilize crises and ensure client safety.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client's diverse needs.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns and available resources, advocating for clients' rights and supporting them in navigating healthcare systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Presence of Mind Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
