Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical mental health counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice, identifying as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note: provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathy for clients and a strong commitment to their mental health journeys.

• Proficiency in using computers and technology, with a reliable internet connection, webcam, and audio capabilities for video therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience level. We are proud to offer a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and, for full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend. Additionally, we handle administrative paperwork, allowing you to devote your time to client care rather than cumbersome administrative tasks.
