Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on providing tailored mental health services to a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, identity spectrums, and cultural orientations. You will leverage your expertise to create safe spaces for clients, promoting dialogue about their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as competence in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy using culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience\n
