Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Manage administrative tasks including billing, treatment documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and within designated timelines.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to help clients achieve stable functioning and maintain their well-being.

• Collaborate in creating discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for clients as they progress in their treatment.
\n
• Strictly adhere to all federal and state laws, including NEHS policies and regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality and rights.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training and education, fostering skill enhancement and clinical competence.
\n
• Participate in collaborative case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights and feedback to enhance team performance.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to foster trust and rapport with clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds will be crucial in delivering effective mental health care. Our clinic is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment, with a strong emphasis on understanding and respecting each client's individual experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field that fulfills licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in community mental health settings, specifically in roles requiring culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care and treatment plans efficiently.

• Experience in conducting telehealth therapy using various digital platforms is preferred, ensuring flexibility in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
